REFUND POLICY

 

RETURNS

We support refund / exchange service within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

To complete your return, we require a RECEIPT or PROOF OF PURCHASE.

DO NOT return your purchase to the MANUFACTURER.

REFUNDS

There is a situation where only 10% REFUNDS are given:

Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.

There is a situation where NO REFUNDS are given:

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after signing.

The returned item is missing as the customer uses the shipping service without tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5 business days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED for free. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sales@woosir.com for the detailed RETURN PROCESS


Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a TRACKING SHIPPING SERVICE; Otherwise, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, which will affect your refund or exchange.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific rate should be based on the express company you choose.

If for our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, and the consumer is not obliged to pay the shipping costs for this reason.

A restocking fee will not be charged to consumers for the return of a product.
